 Welcome to the Swan Oldway Partnership Masterplan for the Oldway Mansion site. This is a special project; one which we believe requires specialist skills, which is why we have put together a team with specific expertise and experience in design, building and reconstruction, landlord services and leisure and tourism. The proposals outlined here are designed to:
  • ensure community access around the Mansion House grounds
  • be sympathetic to the surroundings and historic context
  • have high quality landscape management and maintenance
  • secure the long term future of the listed buildings
  • meet the Council’s identified financial requirements
  • provide a secure income stream for historic landscape restoration
  • use a low carbon solution
