| Associated with the Mansion, the Rotunda will house a café, reception and interpretation centre, and arts centre. All of these facilities will be on the ground floor and open to the public. There will also be further hotel rooms, possibly with 3 star status, depending on further research.
The Banqueting hall will be home to a gymnasium, swimming pool and treatment rooms, to be used by hotel guests and those with membership. On the first floor there will be apartments and hotel rooms. Of course with these buildings in a very poor state of repair we will be taking extreme care and consideration to ensure they are restored to their former glory.
